streetlocker4u studio is made and sold by streetlocker4u ("we", "us"). Contact: Streetlocker4u@gmail.com. Payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh), who act as the merchant of record for your purchase.
streetlocker4u studio costs £10 as a one-time payment (plus any VAT or sales tax shown at checkout). There's no subscription and nothing renews.
When you buy, we give you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on up to two computers that you own or control. You may not share or resell your licence key, or copy, redistribute, resell or reverse-engineer the app, except where the law allows it. The app checks your licence key with Polar from time to time and stops working if the purchase is refunded.
Photos you add and slides you create stay on your computer and belong to you. You're responsible for having the right to use the photos you add and any brands, logos or trademarks shown in them. You may use the slides you make for personal and commercial purposes, such as promoting your shop.
If the app won't install or run on your computer, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll give you a full refund. After a refund your licence key stops working. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
We aim to keep the app working well and may release updates and improvements. The app is provided "as is"; to the extent permitted by law we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. We may update these terms and will post changes on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
